In most cases we can have your approval within 24 hours of receiving your application and supporting information. Once approved, we can overnight your documents to you. We include an overnight return envelope to provide the quick turn service you may require. Upon receipt of all required closing documents, we can fund that business day.

Required Application Information

We try to keep the process as simple as possible. Our application is short, and we only ask for information that is absolutely required to complete the underwriting and closing process. In addition to your application, we require copies of the first two pages of your IRS 1040 forms for the last two years, plus copies of any schedule C, D, or E that shows either significant income or depreciation. Additional information may be required depending on the lender's underwriting requirements.
